Marketplace

Originally built in 1876, this building retains the historic character of its individual components, including the brick walls, and window and door openings. Recently known around town as Marty Feeds the building is now known as the Marketplace Food Court.

The upper level is occupied by Goal Academy High School. The main level is over 11,000 square feet designed to house a collection of food artisans offering visitors a range of great food items such as Indian tacos from Three Sister’s Fry Bread, healthy smoothies at Free Duh Greens, savory waffles from Trinidad Waffle, niche sandwiches from M2, Chicken wings at The Wing Pit, and a nice bar space to grab a drink and catch a game with your meal. It is an excellent setting for small restaurants or start-ups desiring limited square footage. Each space is built out to meet the needs of that location with in-house-made cabinetry and countertops, power or gas lines for stovetops or fryers.
